Whats the best way to write a humorous speech?
Do you write it in full and then make it humorous or do you try and create it humorous from the get go?

I don't think you can just set out and write a funny speech. You need to have a funny story or anecdote that builds the speech up and grabs the audience. Not just random jokes.
